I'm Brycen. I grew up in the Homewood-Flossmoor area, and I started GG Southland Consulting because the businesses I grew up around deserve the same systems big companies take for granted.
My background is in financial analysis and business analytics. I studied Business Analytics & Decision Science at Carnegie Mellon, and I've worked in consulting and finance. I look at a business the way an analyst does: find where customers and hours are leaking, fix the biggest leaks first, and keep it simple enough that you can run it without me.
